How Does Osool Gamma Use This Product?

1. First: Selection Process (Operational & Financial Audit)

   The process begins with precise brand selection. Financial records from previous years, brand strength in the market, management and operational efficiency, and geographical suitability for new branches are examined. This study aims to ensure the project can generate sustainable cash flows for investors.

2. Second: Tokenization Process (Tokenization & SPV)

   The Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) system is used; an independent company is established that owns franchise rights or owns the specific branch targeted for investment. Then, shares of this company are converted into digital tokens (Tokens) via blockchain. Each token represents a legal share in the profits and assets of this branch or brand.

3. Third: Investment Mechanism

   The project is offered for public subscription via the platform with an accessible minimum (e.g., 500 SAR/USD). Investors' funds are kept in the Escrow Account, and amounts are not released to the project until all legal procedures related to franchise contracts and commercial licenses are completed, ensuring capital protection.

4. Fourth: Returns Distribution
