Product Overview
BrickShare is the investment product on Osool Gamma platform dedicated to fixed real estate assets. This product allows investors to own fractional shares in various types of real estate, whether land (raw or developed), built units (villas, apartments, offices, warehouses), or real estate development projects under construction. Its goal is to transform large, high-cost real estate into small digital shares that everyone can invest in.

How Does Osool Gamma Use This Product?
First: Selection Process (Due Diligence)
No property is listed without detailed studies conducted by licensed consulting firms. Location, rental income feasibility, legal status of title deeds, and local market demand are evaluated to ensure selection of assets with low risks and high growth opportunities.
Second: Tokenization Process (Tokenization)
After selecting the property, its legal value is converted into digital tokens (Tokens) on the blockchain network. Each token represents a specific share of this property. For Saudi properties, technical and legal linkage is made so that fractional ownership is registered in the investor's name directly on the title deed at the General Real Estate Authority, giving the digital token an official legal status.
Third: Investment Mechanism
The property is offered for subscription via the platform with a minimum starting from 500 SAR or USD. The investor purchases the number of shares they need, and their funds are kept in a monitored Escrow Account, and are not released to the property owner until all fractional ownership transfer and documentation procedures are completed.
Fourth: Returns Distribution
Returns (such as rentals) are managed via Smart Contracts. As soon as tenants pay rent, it is automatically distributed to each investor's wallet based on the number of shares they own. Investors can also sell their shares via the secondary market within the platform if they wish to exit and realize capital gains.
